Love, love this location. Samantha has the best customer service that I have every seen. From the start of my shopping journey inside the store to her checking me out was fantastic. Samantha help me to purchase 5 pair of shoes and a backpack with one of the pair she special ordered for me. She told me about all the sale items. I'm over the moon with her professionalism. Ryan was the most amazing and helpful person today. He was truly wonderful. We were a little difficult and I felt really bad but Ryan continued to help us find the right shoes throughout the whole process and helped us find exactly what we wanted. He was patient and refused to let us put the shoes back ourselves, he took care of everything for us. The whole staff was really amazing and fun and all seemed very happy but Ryan really made an impression
I just LOVE Ryan! I've never shopped for shoes at Famous Footwear, but I will definitely come back because of him! Very professional, yet lighthearted and friendly. Went in and was welcomed from the get go! Gabrielle was so attentive and helpful. I have different issues with both feet and she was supportive and extremely helpful!!
