Wow, what a great staff! Level of service I received at this location was top notch! I was talking to a girl who worked in fish, and she knew her stuff. She even showed me how a gravel vacuum worked. We were extremely happy with our visit to this location. Much more friendly and knowledgeable than your competitors!
Love this Petco. They are super friendly, and you can tell they love what they do. The products waste on the pricey side, compared to other stores... But I live the experience of coming in with my dog and letting him pick his own toy, and trying on a harness before purchasing. Love it
When everyone else was out of hamsters for Christmas this location came through. They even had toys and supplies that the other stores were missing. I was so happy and excited to find this location as it saved Christmas for my little one as I got him the gift he wanted. The staff was very helpful and gave some great advice.
I drive an extra half hour (when no traffic) out of the way because this is the only pet store around that ever seems to have the exact kitten food I need in stock, and getting it shipped to me isn't an option.nnThe staff are always friendly, and they always have what I need available (and then some... I walked out with far more treats than normal today!)
You had what i needed. However my mission that day was to purchase a large fish aquarium and stand. Your product availability was nearly zero. Your scores could have been maxed however you had the rocks I was looking for. I had to go to your competition to purchase the rest. That day I spent 900.00 with your competition and 40.00 in your location. You did not have the aquarium stands available otherwise the sale would have been there.
