This isn't the first issue I've had with this location not having someone at the teller window during business hours, and then the teller enters the wrong amount in on the deposit, which is also not the first time this has occurred as well. I spoke with the bank manager that is responsible for this issue, but I don't have faith the service will improve. I'll be looking to move my business account because of these type issues.
I continue to be disappointed with Southside Bank...
Not only is customer service at this bank lacking, but I was shocked when I entered the bank and not one employee was wearing a mask! So now it appears they don’t care about the customers’ safety, which was further evident when having to drive to another location 30mins away to access My funds!!! Can’t wait to switch banks!!
Love the ppl been at this bank a long time but they really need better hours with today's world these hours are not very convenient for the customers
