Famous Footwear

The employee on the floor was not very nice. He never ask if I needed help with anything. I ask him for a foot sizer to check my son's shoe size. He seemed annoyed and had to go the back for one. He came back and handed it to me. Didn't offer to size my son. So after I sized him and picked out shoes the employee was nowhere in sight. So I put the sizer on the shelf. I got in line and this employee came and found me in line and ask very annoyed where I put the sizer. Wow! The check out girl was very nice!

They have some pretty good deals on clearance.

The store was clean & well organized. The staff was friendly and let me know they were there if I needed assistance. They were not pushy though. I did NOT feel like they were following me around, ready to pounce. When I couldn't find exactly what I needed, the saleslady went to their website and found it for me. She then helped me order it & had it shipped to my home. I am very happy with my visit there.

Walked into the store nobody even greeted us asked me what we were looking for no service whatsoever I went to find someone asked her if that was the only color, her answer was those are the only sizes we have and and went back to talking with the other employee! Their sale was not joking one penny off. Bought the shoes elsewhere.
