Dog Wash

Called earlier today and was informed self wash was walk in no appointment. When I arrived at 6:30pm I was told we could not wash my dog because they closed in twenty minutes. Google has the hours posted that it closes at 7pm. Google also claims the average time spent in this establishment is fifteen minutes. There were only two people washing dogs. It was not crowded both of the front row parking spaces were open. Why not post you’re hours as closing at 6:30?

Nice place. A little crazy, but you get that when multiple dogs are in one area. Wish they explained a little more, like how to turn on their dryers and get special shampoo. Either way, it was much easier than doing it in the bathtub and my girls were not overly mad. ud83dudc36

*Edit* Changing to 5 stars because they were more than willing to help get my dog in for a grooming same day regardless of the miscommunication. My dog looks cuter than ever with his haircut!nnI wish I could give the groomers 5 stars because they always do a great job , but the scheduling staff has been disappointing. The first time I brought my dog, I made the appointment the week prior. I arrived and they kept telling me I did not have an appointment. How would I know the designated drop-off time if I did not have an appointment? Eventually they ended up taking him in, and the staff member turned to another & began complaining about other staff members not creating appointments correctly. I thought it was a bit unprofessional to do so in front of me, but I understand the worker was frustrated. I took my dog elsewhere for a few months, but ended up back here because I absolutely love how good of a job the groomer does! I called a few days ago to create an appointment, and the staff member asked if I wanted to drop him off in the morning or afternoon. I was a bit confused because they always have a designated drop off time early in the morning, but never the afternoon. Regardless, I was thrilled to be able to sleep in and bring him later in the day, and scheduled for the afternoon. After receiving 2 calls to confirm my dogs appointment, I confirmed the afternoon drop off time. The lady on the phone was rude, and insisted that he was to be dropped off in the morning. I was at work and did not have time to argue, but I am just disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication between staff. If it was not for the outstanding grooming job, I would not return here.

I’d like to start with a compliment to the staff. Friendliest and most helpful group of animal lovers this side of the Mississippi River.nnDropped the senior citizen off for a grooming.. he didn’t have all the necessary shots so they helped me self-administer so he could get his done. He came back beautiful.nnMy other dog, we washed in their facility, it was awesome.. the right soap to whiten his coat, a rubber brush to rub the soap in, the advise for which brunch time use once the bath was done .. he was clean and smelling good in under 30 min.

Mason always looks so good when I pick him up! He was a shaggy Covid mess. They made him handsome again!
