I love rack room shoes. Only reason they lost a star today is because the staff at this location not only didn't know anything about shoes. They didn't even know their own store.
It's a good shoe store, but not if your looking to buy $200 shoes. Great almost budget shoe store. And yes, Rack Room has adapted to the ongoing pandemic.
Could do without it. Over priced shoes and indifferent staff. One staff member kept shutting the light off and on every 5 minutes with customers in the store and without making an announcement as to why. Just weird and uninviting. Comparable prices and selection makes nothing stick out about this place
We were here to get two pair of shoes. When we finally got to front of line to pay, I wanted to make sure I had gotten the right size, so the cashier made me get the shoes and go to the back of the line. I was waiting with my elderly parent and it out her at a higher risk having to be there 15 more minutes in line. That was the rudest cashier I had ever dealt with, ever. Her name was Elizabeth.
Purchased slip resistant shoes for work ( 2 pairs) love one not so much in the other just over 100 for both pairs
