Love this bank it is probably the cheaper one out of all banks.
Banked here for years. Never had any issues.
Not even a one star. Never heard of a bank denying a customer to withdraw money from our own acct. Racist prejudice people work here questioning wether the money in our acct. Is ours and where it came from. The worst
Got in the drive thru lane at 4:55 on Friday 9/4, behind 3 other cars, the lady in front of me sent her tube back and fourth 3 time's, so when I get up to the kiosk at 5:20 the girl tells me that they are closed... With me, my wife and my 3 children and my parents, we have a total of 9 accounts with Chase.... Come Monday morning, I'm closing them ALL OUT and going to Frost Bank, where I can get treated like a human being and not a freaking number..Chase BITESud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20
I opened a personal account at this location. I was so impressed with how nice and helpful they were, so I switched my business account to Chase. The staff have been excellent with every transaction!!
