I went in there to buy a nice pair of boots unfortunately they did not have the size I ask to order them and the lady was like you got to pay for them first made me feel like I couldn't afford a $275 boot . The gentleman that helped me did an excellent job I only walked out there with a $ 228 pair of boots. Hopefully I don't have to wait 6 months for the other pair to get here if they can have it within a week I'll buy it I rather drive the San Antonio and get up the right ones then have to deal with this place the guy there is awesome the chick there she don't like working with people she shouldn't have this job we're not here to buy no cheap boot we're here to buy a quality food if she's the FrontRunner for Red wings then I guess we need to stop buying Red wings because the way she talked to me I should have just walked out
Very helpful and polite staff. I was amazed at the knowledge of the staff, felt like I was dealing with a podiatrist. They found the perfect boots for my odd feet. I will be returning.
