Kelly (STORE MANAGER) was very rude. Kept wanting to check my bag, all I wanted was a simple refund. She was very confused and proceeded to say “what the hell, I don’t know if we can do that”. Will not becoming here, and if I could I would rate this store and customer service a ZERO!!!!!
