This place and their staff is amazing! My mother in law was there for 3 weeks. She started there unresponsive and left able to wave, follow commands, and smiling. Her progress in 3 weeks was amazing. She came from being in a hospital for 4 months with very little improvement. Due to covid we were unable to do in person visits so they set it up to do window visits. This made a huge impact on her and the family. I have absolutely no complaints about this place. We love them! Thank you for all you have done!

My mother-in-law was placed in this facility after 3 weeks of isolation from COVID-19. The facility had no understanding that she was depressed from being in isolation for so long. It took a week before we could even get her a shower. The doctor had a horrible bedside manner! And when asked when she would be released they got upset and the doctor immediately signed her out of the facility. If you want an understanding facility that shows compassion this is not the place!

I was a patient there for 38 day receiving I v therapy, and physical therapy. Everyone was great and attentive. Call bells answered in reasonable time. Food was great. I think I gained weight. Physical therapy was great and my therapist was Maria and she was kind and considerate.Nancy in respiratory was encouraging and helpful. Not a bad word to say about my stay. I was a nurse of 50 years and was judging everything they did.. They scored excellant!

There are no dedicated therapy services offered on the weekend. The only therapy provided is what is provided determined on Assessment results and results are dependent on whomever performs the assessment (assessments are not performed on the weekend)! The Speech Language Tech does notnPerform a swallow test on site someone else is called in and assessments are dependent on their schedule or rather when the facility decides to schedule them... and they don’t schedule them on the weekend! X-ray may be provided for small breaks but if an or a MRI or CAT SCAN is needed it is not provided on sight so an additional charge may be applied (to your insurance) as an ambulance service to pick up and drop off is what actually happens!nFYI: you need to speak with your insurance company beforehand to ensure this is covered and you will get an additional bill from the ambulance company for the ambulance excursion! Jobs that should have qualified professionals are provided by staff with no specialized education or training in the field. They, the nurse supervisor reported that the CEO asked you to take a sitter shift but it is okay to refuse as # 1 you are not trained at this facility and #2 it is in the budget to provide this service anyway and #3 it is the responsibility of the facility who accepted this person in their facility to provide the services they said they could and would provide. Just do your do diligence by asking questions! Everyone expects questions to be asked and that’s okay but it is also okay to tell KAREN AND SUSAN no!nn12/3/21 Update: RESPONSE TO RESPONSE FROM RESPONSE FROM THE CORPORATE OWNER!nnResponse from the owner of message:nnWe would like to thank the owner for their CANNED RESPONSE each and every time someone leaves a less than stellar response! We realize that you don’t realize what goes on at each of your facilities as there is more than one facility under ownership! We do not have a no pictures policy onsite in fact it is our goal to get us to sign a release on entry into the facility. You should strive better and model other facilities with a no picture policy and review the use of rainbow belts! Therapists should be providing services on weekends through a rotating schedule like the nurse liaison implies that.

My father n law was put in there care to recover from a broken neck and because he was tract they said it wouldn't be a problem for them but then as time went by he got worse and worse and then we get calls saying that he had took a turn for the worst and he had quit breathing and they didn't get him to the hospital for 18 minutes then he was brain dead and he died coroners told us he had a infection that his trachea was not being cleaned. Dont trust your loved ones here they are lazy and will neglect them
