The worst customer service I've ever experienced! I came in yesterday evening before 5 o'clock, to dispute some fraudulent transactions on my account and to open a new account. When I finally got up to the teller he told me that he couldn't do anything because it's 5 o'clock now! I have worked late at my job to make sure my customers are taken care of! So I came back today and it's 1pm. The same guy told me to go to the other chase bank because they don't have time to help me. Really? think I might just find a whole new bank to bank with.

Went by to try to get my account info updated. Ultimately, they were not able to help me but were still extremely friendly, personable and apologetic. Almost convinces me to switch over to Chase for my full-time banking

I would like to thank all staff from this branch they are extremely polite and with high customers service standards, best chase branch I ever been to. Branch manager is extremely lovely care and go way beyond for her customers to feel welcome and care. Love this branch.... best of all...

Called to open sizable business account- to the guy who answered, please pick up your phone when a potential customer says they can’t hear you AND dont keep yelling back into the speaker phone. First time caller to this location. My impression - no phone etiquette or level of customer service with the next gal at all. Decided to move on. Folks how you answer the phone is so important as we (the public) are trying to determine who to entrust with our money and day to day business affairs in some cases. I left Chase years ago for similar reasons - appears same reasons I’m not coming back.

Excellent customer service by all the staff. By far the best Chase Branch I have utilized. Geoffrey Turnbull is great and really shows concern for his customers.
