Michelle at the Magnolia location did an excellent job closing our first home loan in less than 30 days. She worked tirelessly and gave great attention to detail. I felt like we were her only client even though I knew she had multiple others. That's how much time she gave us. She explained every hurdle we came to and how we would overcome it. I know she went above and beyond for us in order to close our Loan in time and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend you give her a call! You will not get that type of hometown customer service at a large Bank like Wells Fargo or Bank of America.
Jordan Hays was our loan officer three times - new home construction loan, mortgage, and most recently, a refinance to take advantage of super low interest rates. He has been straight and timely throughout. I would go to him again for sure. I highly recommend him.
