Very courteous staff. I went to cash a check and I did not have an account there but they were very nice to me and did offer to open an account for me I may go back and just do that.

This had to be by far one of the worst banks and bank experiences that I’ve had this far of ever experiencing or dealing with banks the customer service was good but actually it was at the one on one with the accountant when he was dealing with my account he didn’t really go forth into really you know helping me keep my account open or letting anybody else higher up that I could talk to to see why everything was not the way it should have been. I really didn’t like that at every other bank that I’ve been to he really didn’t give me the same gratitude that I’ve been with at other banks as of you know making me feel comfortable with their bank and being with their branch so I feel like I’m just going to go elsewhere to another bank and see if the hospitality and the customer service is better elsewhere and I was going to be a first time customer with chase now I wouldn’t recommend this bank to others
It's all good the people used to be nice here they are not as kind as they used to be.
Probably the worst chase bank they have around this area. They NEVER have both ATMs working at once. Then Brinks is always at the only one that works around 9am when everyone is trying to use it.
