I have banked with this branch of Woodforest for quite some time now and I have never had any problems with them, was always treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. In fact they treat you like Family and I like that. The wait time has never been longer than 10 minutes, and that was with a rather long line and only 2 tellers. I LOVE this Bank and it being Open 7 days a week is a Plus too.
One of the most important things to me is my time and they seem to appreciate that as well. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to do any transaction. They seem to get you in and out very quickly and financial advice is readily available. This is inside Walmart. Which is convenient if you want to do a little shopping / banking.
