Friendly people eager to help. A great branch
Easy access great staff
I don't understand people who give bad reviews that don't make any sense. I love all of the people that work here. I've always been treated like family. I did need to make an appointment to open an account here, and I understand that that is bank policy, so I'm fine with that. I arrived fifteen minutes early (not two hours) for my appointment and was seen promptly. I love PNC and highly recommend this bank. They even have an atm you can visit inside after hours that does pretty much everything you need. Can't beat that!

I'm a long time customer of PNC as my 94 year old friend. Actually we were with Citizens before it became PNC.nShe had a 3:00 appointment to get her new safety deposit box, since the Dixie Manor office is not having them. She arrived early and was told to wait. Waited two hours, while two men and one woman were in their offices ALONE, with no customers. When the lady finally said she would take care of her at 2:45, and was told she had an appointment at 3:00. it only took 15 minutes to do this.nOne customer wanted to open an account and told she needed to make an appointment. What has happened to this bank and its service? Why do you have employees doing nothing and making customers wait?
