Awful customer service!!! Do not use! Debit card is conatantly shut off, representatives lie and always have a bad attitude. Banking with U S Bank is what I would imagine dating Nancy Pelosi would be like, a terrifying deceitful nightmare.

I’ve been an US bank customer for years now, and I liked this branch because it’s convenient and close to my house. They have Spanish speaking people and they are very nice. However I’ve had an issue with the cashier’s leading lady, I think her name is Adrienne. Service is still good, even after the issue. There’s a lady who wears a hijab (I do not know her name) and she has a very strong character and gets to other people as kind of rude, at least I feel like she’s rude to me. We are getting ready to switch banks soon. Mainly because of the small problems every time I go to the bank.

In a location that closes its doors so you have to walk the long way to the atm. Terrible employees that will run your credit and never call you back.

very good customer service very clean the bankers are very nice and help with the things that you need and also there's they speak different languages very helpful people and allow you to get the things that you would like. Overall this place is a safe place and would recommend to others.
