Mike and Cameron were both very helpful through whole process of finding the right boot for me. Both gentlemen very knowledgeable of there product and the science behind picking the right boot. Also why your feet are the way they are. Thank you both for great experience and helping me find the right boot. I can't say for the other Red Wing locations but the one in Burleson is on its game. I would highly recommend seeing them if your in the market for new boots.
Mike was great! My first visit to this store was amazing. He helped me find the right boots and took the time to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the fit and feel. I think I’ve found my new boots store for life!
Cameron and Jessica were above and beyond excellent to deal with. Courteous and professional, they quickly addressed my questions and were very helpful in choosing the size of my boots and oiled up the new pair to perfection. Will definitely shop there again.
Mike, who was very pleasant and not at all pushy, listened to my needs and directed me away from a more expensive pair of boots to to one that was closer to my needs. Clearly, he was more interested in filling my needs than increasing his sales.nI have purchased countless $150 boots, but none have lived up to their promises. I have purchased from Red Wing because I have not heard from ANY dissatisfied customers.nUsing his vast experience, he could see that the size that I initially suggested was 1/2 size too large. After he made the change, the boots were so comfortable that it felt like they were made for me.nI will be glad to offer another review in 6 months, after I have worked in them for 70 hours a week. I have no question, however, that my review will be equally stellar.
