Great all in one shopping experience for both my dogs and fish. Awesome environment, knowledgeable and friendly staff in all areas of the store! Wide selection of healthy fish you can't find anywhere else in this area, folks got it all. Had to wait a bit for my fish, but didn't mind at all, even though they are constantly busy, the people in the fish department are extremely friendly and will always acknowledge you and let you know they're moving as fast as they can! This place is my go-to!!
This place is awesome. As of April 2021, if you order online and pick up in store, you get 25% off on an order of 50$ or more. Plus you earn points and can redeem 5$ coupons. The grooming is also great, I take my 4 Shihtzus to the grooming team an they are awesome.
Great PetCo! All the staff were very nice and friendly. We brought 3 chihuahuas in for nail clipping and it was only $5 each. We were in and out in about 15 minutes.nnHighly recommend this location!

I have had nothing but great experiences going to the port Arthur Petco.nEspecially the fish department. Have noticed an extreme improvement in that specific area between Ryan, Emmett, Kelly, and Taylor. They are the most helpful people every time I come in! They always have a great stock in plants and freshwater fish, it’s always looked great but you can tell Emmett really cares about everything over there. Their stock is always loaded up! And now salt water is looking fantastic as well! Keep up the great work!
