They don't answer the phone, so I had to come into the bank. I've been sitting here for 10 minutes and not one person has even approached or greeted me. This is ridiculous.
Kanda went above and beyond to help me. She was informative, had good intentions and thorough! It was a pleasure to meet her! She did a fantastic job!!! Bank teller was also very kind!
My payroll check has a hold on it for 48 hours. The same payroll check that has gone through my account weekly and now all of the sudden there is a hold on it. There has never been a check returned and never an issue with payment of my payroll check.nI called customer service and they can’t fix it!nI DO NOT and WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND Bank of America and most definitely the branch in Crowley.
how do you make an appointment when nobody ever answers the phone and the website says there are no appointment times available? useless
one of the worst banks I have ever used in my life terrible service will never bank there again don't answer the phone can't answer simple account questions im shocked they remember how to get to work i would trust my 3 year old or my x wife with my money before I bank here again
