It is worst in its service especially in this COVID pandemic. Their atm machine is often offline or if you make transaction like withdrawal or cash deposit, it always says unavailable.

If I could put a negative number I would. This location is terrible. It takes sometimes over an hour at this location to make a simple deposit. They only ever have 1 teller that works. They always have excuses on why they only have one teller even though previous tellers that have handled me before walk around and say they are in training and cannot assist. If I didn’t need to come to BOA daily to make commercial deposits, I wouldn’t. I am definitely NOT banking with BOA personal or business ever again. The people in line with me all say the same thing. Do NOT come to this BOA unless you have all day to wait.

there were no signs yesterday saying they were going be closed went up there @9am closed no sign were on the doors was very disappointed

Horrible. They never have more than one teller working inside no matter how long the line is. Although there is always people standing around and watching them work and dont help. And the huge kicker is that you cant deposit cash! Really, a bank that doesnt take cash??! And they tell you you have to do it at the ATM that says depositing cash is not available half the time. Oh, and they are never open when you need them to be. Open at 9 and close at 3?? Worst bank EVER!!!!
