Disappointed they gave my child the wrong boot and ski size. Even a second time the boots were poor fit and they offered no apology or accommodation/ discount. So I paid twice (also at Deer Valley) for two days... I do not recommend this place. Long live other ski shops that don’t sweat the small stuff and make sure you’re happy:) Looking for a Park City recommendation for rentals.
Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Ski rentals are very reasonable.
We had very good vibe coming here for the first time. Dudes were very friendly and helpful. Got our 9-yr old a ski rental package. I commented that the rental boots were not very good quality and they replaced it asap with no questions asked. They were cool to our kids too (unlike Christy's Sports at Kimball Junction, long-dark haired lady there is not a pleasant one). These guys are what's up.

Authentic ski shop right by the lifts. Very easy to get rentals and hop right on the lifts. It is family business and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. They have 4 different locations and never run out of equipment. They have the newest top of the line demo gear to rent as well. Pricing was unbelievable compared to other shops in town.
