If you are into fishing, this place is so much nicer than Bass Pro. Better selection, better prices, amazing selection of lures and soft plastics. Yes the employees were a little slower, but the fellow in the fishing department asked me twice if he could help me with anything. Also, huge selection of guns in stock, was quite surprised as I usually go to academy which is always near empty on guns in stock.
Store is clean and prices are decent but the employees I interfaced with were apathetic. I asked for an item and the rep called for another rep to meet me at giant bear statue; no one ever showed up.nnThe website clearly said the item was available in the store but no one seemed to know where it was or how to get it. After searching on my own for 30+ mins I eventually found it. Might have just been an off day for them.
Expensive compared to other sporting good stores. They use to have great deals on sale and clearance items- not so much anymore.
Excellent selection of camping and outdoor equipment. Staff there is always nice as well. Fun store to visit and just look around in.
One of my favorite stores to get lost in their fishing part of the store. Great selection
