I worked here for a seasonal job in December and I worked two days everyone was nice but the Manager wanted me to speed my work up even though I just started working and didn’t know where everything was. My sons birthday was on a day that I had work and I had told them in advance after that i was told I was going in a lot but never got called in and didn’t tell me I was laid off until January like they had forgotten. Not worth the 8$

I bought a sandal from this place . Initially felt comfortable in it when I tried it at store , but after wearing it for one hour I felt very uncomfortable with it so I decided to return or exchange it . The store sale man very unfriendly and unhelpful asked me to go back after one hour and talk to the manager and after 1 hour waiting there , the manager showed up and repeated the same thing no return nor exchanged. How ever , I asked them to send the sandal to the manufacturer to be repaired since I thought it was defected . And they refused to help me . So with this place if you buy a shoes and die to any reason they don’t help you . Very unfriendly and poor customer support.
I always end up finding awesome shoes at this location. It is also more spacious than an actual Aldo store. So you don't feel like every single customer is on top of one another trying on shoes. The sales associate who helped me out today was great(Nicole). She was quick and efficient and explained all store promotions thoroughly. Very happy with my purchase today!
I had really strange experience with this store, I have bought a shoes and I asked if I can have a bag instead of shoes box .. I believe that guy was the store manger, he literally asked me to pay 1$ for the bag .
