ALWAYS A GREAT EXPIERENCE SHOPPING AT THIS STORE, THE PEOPLE THERE ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL & GREAT TO HELP LOCATE WHAT EVER I NEED. I CAN FIMD ALMOST ANYTHING.
Worse experience of my life, Is an understatement. The girl who said she was a manager is a joke. I will never shop there again. 0 star rating!
I received the wrong pair of shoes that was paid for at the store for delivery to my house. I called customer care twice and after being placed on hold for almost 20mins each time, I got the same response by a customer care agent saying the line was not clear and he has to drop the call because he could not hear me! Nothing could be further from the truth, because my phone line was working perfectly and strangely both times he said it, he used the exact same words - which implies that it was most likely a recorded/automated response set up to deflect customers! I don't intend to shop at this store anymore!
This location had an amazing selection! Some of their prices are a little high but there are some great buys and here also!
This is my favorite show store in my area. Amazing selection (women's, men's, & kid's) and BOGO 50% pretty regularly. They also have a nice rewards program.
