My gson, FlyGuyIsaiah was totally THANKFUL & surprised at all he rcvd from the online order, shipped to the store. Plus he picked out a couple more items. He's a model. But the reflective shades with UA/UV protection was the ultimate. Perfect, perfect perfect! The store Reps & Mgr were awesome. The mgr even offered to take a pic of us, but we had already did a selfie... this was a good outing, eventhough the mall was a bit overwhelming, after not being in a mall over 1 1/2 yr. But J Crew made it a welcoming and covid safe environment. Tks guys, from FlyGuyIsaiah and Lady.

Customer service at checkout is subpar. The store has a relatively nice assortment of clothes and is well organized.
I love this entire mall, but this was one of my favorite stops that day. The sales and selection were unbelievable. I came home and ordered more online.
