Honestly Justin was so sick everyone is super nice and outgoing. Usually people at vans are nice but these dudes were amazing!
I bought a pair of shoes and they had a BOGO deal which was really good to get a second pair. The place was crowed however so there wasn't much social distancing so that makes them lose 1 star. There was no health safety protocol implemented to make sure their customers are safe. The cashier was also a bit rude and kinda looked like she didn't want to be there.
I had some old school sneakers that had a manufactured issue with the sole and the staff help me with a exchange. I was very impress with their warranty and also the customer service.
Great sales. My friend dropped $300 for 4 pair of shoes and a lot of clothes.
