Crocs

That staff is amazing!! I went to get some letters for some crocs. They were missing 1 letter, so I asked the associate Brandi did they have anything for a bride, she told me hold on and came back with the bride accessories better than what I was picking. I was so pleased!! Thank you Brandi!!!!!!

The staff was absolutely amazing! They put the shoes I wanted to the side when I called and went to the back to get me another pair that was out of my size on display.

I went to the store today 08/15/2020 around 1:45- 2:00 and a young Asian or Latinx man in who looked no older than 25 with hair that was a little long seemed to walk around the store with what looked like a counter (probably to monitor store capacity due to COVID restrictions) .nnI came there specifically to find my shoe size so that I can order online. As this man walked around the store for some reason it seemed as though he would come to my corner and watch me. When he was not in my corner as I looked across the store we would lock eyes about three times. I felt so uncomfortable.nnI made sure to not touch my backpack, and faced the stores register when I wanted to try on a shoe. Just so it did not look like I was stealing. When these acts seemed to no avail I called him over and asked a question (which he answered shortly and sharply), so he could know my intentions of being in the store. After that I just felt so uncomfortable and left the store. I went next door to the nike store and looked around for a minute or two. As I walked out and looked back into the crocs store the guy was back at the register with the other two employees (not walking around in any way)nnThe store is pretty small so it was silly of him to monitor me assuming I would not catch on quickly.nnUpdate :Sent an email 09/23/2020 to your reply and have not received a response.

Need more diverse selection, but CROCS 4 LIFE

It was my first time ever going to crocs or looking for crocs , as I came in I was greeted by the staff and social distance was put in place I asked helped from one the employees to help me find a size unfortunately they didn’t have my color for that specific pair I asked her if she can maybe help me look but in pastels that are my size she left for two minutes and said sorry we have a shortage in size and your size seems to be in shortage so I decided to look around and I saw they had my size on that specific pair in my store so I asked the employee and she said oh if you looking for that color in that size I’m sorry we would definitely not have those in the back it’s a new style I’m 100% sure we won’t have it I know the sizes at the back so I told her that’s fine I’ll come back another day or if there’s another option to order my size she said I’ll have to do that on my own sorry I understand maybe she had a very hard day and maybe she is a hardworking girl but I never had crocs or didn’t knew anything about them I Just wish she would have been honest and maybe gotten me someone to help
