My husband and I went in there last night and a awesome girl named Tori Helped is ! We have Shopped in there for several years with Megan, a wonderful girl who no longer works there.she wAs my person stylist as well as my husband so we were worried when she left ...But Tori was absolutely amazing! She is really adorable and was so friendly and very trendy, she just had to look at me and know what styles would work with me and my body type. I didn’t have to leave the dressing room or look at anything on the shelves ! she brought everything to me and it fit me very well LOL. We went home with a whole new wardrobe and I can’t wait to go back and see her
Staff are helpful. Ollie and Jose are example of friendliness. I came in and in less than 10 minutes I'm out the door! That fast! They got what I need right away in one fitting! And that's good in my opinion!
The customer service isn’t really an issue. The fact that people don’t know how to explain certain processes and how it works. Train you’re people better to communicate how a certain process works so they don’t spend money to get something shipped faster when it won’t work that way.
Great clothing for men! High quality, Jesus was very friendly and helped me as he welcomed me to the store to find the perfect outfit! Thank you for the great service
I have spent hundreds of dollars with Buckle throughout the years with one of my favorite associates. However new management seems to be very unprofessional. She won’t even acknowledge customers. I was speaking with one of the long-term employees about purchasing boots yet the manager asked “oh when will she buy”. Continuously pressuring the young lady about making sales in front of customer. The old management & associates were amazing. However, not the staff. I won’t be returning.
