Always clean and friendly. Have just what I need and great sales on toys! I love the vital subscription. I can get both dogs nails and teeth brushed for free! And the pet pals points are basically worth it!

I’m so thankful that 1. This Petco is close to my place and 2.that Petco has great deals. But I wanted to give a shoutout to Joey. Every time I’ve gone it and he’s helped me out, he’s always gone above the call of duty to help me out. He’s always friendly, he knows his stuff, and he does a great job at what he does. Thank you Joey for always being willing to help out!

Let's take a moment to talk about Jim. Jim works at the Morton Ranch store. I recently rescued a dog and needed an XXL crate for him. I quickly realized that the cage was going to be too big for me to get to the register myself, so I enlisted the assistance of the gentleman at the front register. This was Jim. Jim was not only extremely professional, he was also nice. It seems to be such a waning trait these days, so I wanted to take a moment out to recognize Jim for all of his assistance. He helped me with my card and my app, as well as providing me with a coupon booklet for future purchases, even loaded the crate into my vehicle and wished me a great day. He didn't have to do these things, but did, and I cannot thank him enough for his genuine kindness. If you're ever in the Morton Ranch store, I hope that you get the opportunity to me Jim.

I'd give 0-5 Stars specifically for the staff working on 2/10/2021 if I could.nnThey seem nice and professional over the phone but apparently that's just a facade. I'm not sure if the staff are just lazy or what the deal is but they seem to be making up imaginary reasons to not do a simple wash and nail cut. We have been taking our dogs to PetSmart for the past 9 years and have never had any issues. The only reason we wanted to give Petco a try was because they are closer. The rest of the store may be awesome but we'll never know because we're not going back there again.nnDo yourself a favor and avoid this place if you don't like your time to be wasted.

The store by itself is amazing! I really don’t have any complains about the store itself. But the costumer service itself is trash. I’m paying a monthly plan where they can trim my dog’s nails for free but the workers do not want to serve my dog ​​because they are scare of him! They are scare of him since my 7 month old husky tried to escape once! I feel is really unprofessional the way they work, I know if they don’t feel safe of serving a dog they don’t really have to, but then why I’m paying a monthly plan for nothing??
