Store is nice, stocked and people are friendly. It is also convenient to my home. I have used their grooming services a few times and they are good too. They do a good job. However, the last couple times I made an appointment with them they were always a few days out. Fine! that is how most places are. What is making them lose a couple stars is the day of my grooming appointment, after I confirm my appointment the day before, I got a call a couple hours before my scheduled appointment and it is canceled because their groomer is out, leaving me scrambling to find a last minute appointment somewhere else. The first time I gave them a pass, it can happen to anyone, However, 2 months later when I made another appointment, it happened again. It is starting to feel like a pattern.
Been looking for awhile for a ferret. Drove all the way to Katy from the Magnola area. I now have an amazing new family member named Katy! The staff were great and very helpful! Thank you!!!
Brought in my puppy to get supplies. Had everything I need and more. Staff was polite and very helpful. Happy puppy.
The staff is great and very attentive. As a suggestion, the staff could get some training on reading dogs body language to avoid triggering excitement in the animals.
