My very first transaction was treated has a fraud and my debit card was blocked on the same day and even with the proof they still haven’t done anything to change it.nOne of my mistakes in 2021....nAnd they really don’t help you in your problems in fact they are to it.
Somehow my review was deleted so I’ll try again. On July 30th the ATM took my money and cancelled the transaction not giving the money back for deposit. It is Aug. 1st and I’m still out 2k. No help from the branch or someone from corporate to help. Don’t use this bank at all cost. Just my recommendation and experience
This location is new so I was a little skeptical to visit because I did not want to deal with rookies but I am extremely happy I decided to go anyways. The staff here is very professional, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. The manager went out of her way to help me with my issue. In fact, I was told by regions 1800 customer service that my issue could not be resolved. Please tell me why the manager at this location had the issue fixed with a snap of a finger. This may be the best Regions in all of Houston. Hidden Gem!
