Set up an account 3 days ago and so far I’m not impressed with this particular location... made an appointment ahead of time so I was seen pretty quickly but the manager’s first impression was a bit off putting. However she was more friendly once I become a customer. I’ve had nothing but issues with electronic/ virtual banking. When I notified her she didn’t seem concerned and advised I make a withdrawal via the teller.ud83dude44 Now my account is locked for some reason and when I tried calling the branch at 9:12 AM nobody answered and they open at 9:00. We’ll see how this situation goes once they finally answer and my continuing to bank with them will be dependent on that outcome.
I don’t know why there are such low reviews. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I was treated with respect and my needs were taken care of in a timely manner!
Manager have the worst customer service I have met before. Basically she never help me but asking personal questions (none of your business!) Other employees are nice. But the manager set the tone of this branch to the point I prefer to Skip this one
Extremely poor customer service. Very discriminating staff.
If you're scared of Covid 19 then please stay home. If you're already at the branch working then why you're hiding behind the closed door handing around to chit chat or just for picking up the phone calls to tell people going to different locations. This brand is stuck on customer service...they don't care about their customers
