Excellent customer service and short waiting time.
Very horrible experience in every way! I opened my account 2 weeks ago and it literally took 2 hours for Noha to open my account. She did not know what she was doing and did not communicate well. She didn’t even get to my savings or business account during that time. She kept jumping from the desk to behind the counter when there were 2 other people there. Then when I cashed my check I was not told that I would not receive my check for an entire BUSINESS WEEK!! Then once it deposited my account became NEGATIVE ALMOST 100 grand. I don’t even have that kind of money lol over all this bank is horrible and I have with drawn my business with them and I do not recommend. Especially being there such a short time and having so much bad luck with them. I wish I could post my account picture because it’s just ridiculous!nPaulina ended helping me closing my account in the end and apologized for the miscommunication but she was helping Noha in beginning and it was not all on her either
I've been lucky every time I go there. The service has been fast so I am in and out quickly. The staff is very friendly also.
Went in met with a very courteous teller and was out in record time. Nice Branch Manger. Great job.
They're really nice, but they take a while to attend you.
