Customer service is trash. I walked in looking for a turtleneck, was never greeted. Sales associates were busy with other customers, so I waited. They finished with there customers and despite making eye contact with me several times and waiting nearly 10-15 minutes, I was neither greeted nor asked if I needed any assistance... So I just left. I guess when you're black and underdessed in JOS A Bank you become invisible. I wouldn't have written this review if they would've at least greeted me. Judging by the other reviews this seems to be a trend.

Went in to look at a few coats I shortlisted online. Salesman started helping us out but all of a sudden another customer walked in and he just left us. There was someone else working but I guess he didn’t want to help us. Weird customer service. Went across the street to Macy’s and bought something similar at around the same price.

We had a great experience at this Jos A Bank! My fiancé and I came in to buy my suit for our wedding, and Daniel Ake was an amazing help! He gave great feedback and helped us find the perfect suit, shirt, tie as well as a few other necessities. The total cost ended up being much less than we expected because almost everything we bought was on sale. We felt like we got a great deal. Not only that, we were in and out of there in under an hour. Things run like a well-oiled machine here. And even though our wedding is only 2 weeks away, they’re going to have the tailoring done with time to spare. Thanks, Daniel, for helping us feel great about my look for our big special day!

Big shout out to Alfonso who helped my fiancé and I pick a suit for the whole wedding party. Extremely helpful, patient, and informative.
