Around 13:50 today The staff whom running the store unprofessional and unpleasant, the agly treatment that I received from cashier personnel was awful; after completing my order the cashier handed over the item with plastic clear bag hence I asked her to give Aldo brandnbag because I need submit the item as gift her reaction was so unpolite by through the bag and argued my question unnecessary and she said take it or leave it
Today was the day before my wedding. I walked in and no one offered to help me or ask what I was looking for because it was 10 minutes before closing. I saw some shoes in the window. I looked around and while the three employees ignored me. When I left at 6:55pm, one told the other employee to lock the door. I told them that I only came in because of the mall closing at 7pm. He said nothing and just locked the door. Don’t waste your time at this store. There are plenty of other people working at other stores that can at least greet you.
The Asian girl worked at the Cashier told her co-worker that we were cheap when we didn't agree to buy the bag there and just carried our item (she didn't give us any bag like other others usually does) and they laughed at us right after we walked out from the store. That was Soo rude! and that Asian girl didn't respect customers at all. This is the first time we got bad customer service from Aldo.
Nice store. Workers greeted us, very well dressed black gentlemen.
Terrible experience!! I love shopping at Aldo and this was my first time going into the this location. They provided me with the wrong information just to do a sale. Never again they ruined it for all the other locations because I completely lost interest in Aldo after this experience !
