Best customer service ever! Carmen was extremely helpful. Her scientific knowledge on foot anotomy is what a shoe store need indeed. Very professional.

I am a huge Clarks fan and finally got my boyfriend into them as well. I have to admit, Carmen, an associate here at this location, played a large role in this effort. She was very helpful to both of us. I was easy, as I already know what I know and love (Thanks Clarks for being the best!). For my boyfriend, he had lots of questions and needed to try multiple sizes to find his best fit. She was patient, friendly, fun, and made it a genuinely enjoyable shopping experience. We will be back to this location to see Carmen very soon!

I bought my first pair of Adriel Viola shoes in September 2019 for my new job from Damon at the Memorial City Mall location. VERY HELPFUL! They are GREAT! My feet sweat and my other shoes have a funky odor that I cannot get rid of. But these shoes STILL SMELL LIKE LEATHER! Worth every penny! I'm about to buy a few more pairs in other colors if at all possible! Thank you!

The sales people did a great job of making sure the sale items were clearly indicated when people came into the store. They then gave customers the chance to browse before coming up again to offer assistance. The young man helping me did have some difficulty keeping track of the three styles I was trying on and what size worked for which style, but he kept at it and made sure that I was able to figure out what size would fit for each style. I ended up buying two pair, although I had only planned on one because of how comfortable and cute they were.
