Natural Pawz was amazing! It was Canelita’s first grooming ever and not only was the place extremely clean and everyone working there was so nice and explained in detail the process, but the prices are fair! When they brought her to me, I noticed she was so comfortable and happy, something it is hard for her to do with people she doesn’t know. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was today! I came in for a gentle leader for my very leash reactive puppy and Ashley didn’t just let me leave with the collar she came out to my car and helped my put it on my dog. She explained everything about how to get the most out of using the collar and then showed me by letting us walk around the store with her dog to practice. She let my puppy try the treats to make sure he was receptive. Truly I got more out of this trip than I have from the dog trainer. Everyone was so helpful and friendly I was really taken by happy surprise at how productive this store visit was for me and my dog. They also have everything I wanted and better options than I was going to buy online. This seems over the top but I was so happy I left and called like several friends and wouldn’t stop talking about it. I will literally never go elsewhere. Thank you Ashley and everyone there today. We appreciate it so much !!

Absolutely love this place! I'm so sad knowing that I'm moving soon and just discovered this amazing store. I wish there were more locations. Employees are so friendly too! Something you don't experience that much nowadays

Love this place! Staff is so warm and welcoming, Ashley knows her stuff - all animals everything! They are very informative and helpful when deciding what to get for your fur baby. If your fur baby doesn’t like a certain food or treat or supplements, you can bring back and exchange with no cost!!

I went inside the store after a hair console upstairs. The staff was extremely helpful. Even though they were having extreme technical difficulties Ashley they manager was able to keep a convo going and being personable while they tried to get the system fixed.
