We go in to get our 2 dogs nails trimmed and pads shaved. Something Angela would do easily and quickly and was very kind to our dogs. But of course, she is no longer there. After waiting 20+ minutes, for the young lady with the blue/green hair, she says she won’t do pad shaving bc she’s the only groomer there. ???!! Really? There was no one else waiting. We would of waited another hour or more. It says no appointment necessary for that. She just didn’t WANT to do it. Why would we get nail trims and not pad shavings? I would have more respect for her if she said she just didn’t feel like it. Going somewhere else. Bring back Angela.
Pickup was easy an prompt. I was happy to find a sale on items I needed, so ordered enough to get the special price. The only thing I was not pleased with is that part of my order was canceled after I paid, so I had no chance to substitute another item at the sale price. I did actually put through a second order with a substitute as I needed it, but would have been much better for me if I could have had the chance to sub at the first order. It did require me to order quite a bit more than I would have so I could get the sale price. I guess good for you, not as much for me! Curbside was 5 stars, if I could have ordered my substitute items in the first order, all would be 5 stars.
I love shopping at Petco. I enjoy finding everything that I need for my furry Dobie and getting items on sale too. Friendly staff and managers are awesome. ud83eudd17ud83dude4fud83cudffb
I don't think you can blame staff for being short handed as the management is ultimately responsible, but we waited almost an hour before someone came to the front for the grooming section. Their prices are also pretty crazy high, but you can always take a picture of something and search Amazon.
It's nice and clean and staff was good about helping. The only thing is we got 5 fish and 3 have died in less than a week
