The Westheimer store has the nicest people. They are very knowledgeable as well. The only problem I have is that I have a fresh water aquarium and y'all never seem to have many specials on fish. Even when I bought my aquarium from y'all the box said $50 worth of coupons. All the coupons where for dogs and cats. Who puts a dog or cat in a 10 gallon aquarium. But I do love the employees at the Westheimer Petco. Send me some fresh water fish type coupons please.

In emergency need of my Frenchie’s food due to severe weather these past days. Called several Petco’s and they were not able to tell me over the phone if the food was available. had to drive around and I also kept calling.nElena at this store answered and checked to make sure it was available, even placed it up front for me. Great Job on the customer service. Thank you so much Elena.

Great experience... I'm glad they weren't all mainstream media sheeple... I mean I try and wear my mask as often as possible and or where absolutely required, but hey everybody knows they forget their mask here and there because they like breathing air instead of hot breath all day. Plus let's face it, this disease and it's false number of deaths and cases only exist in the media.. in real life, none of y'all know near the amount of people they tout in the news with this disease. And the ones that do have it or have had it and are over it, are just that, over it, no big deal. I've seen people get sicker off the flu. Anyway that's not what this is about. My experience was pleasant at Petco, they're a little pricey.. all I bought was a little 12 pack of what cat food, 15 lb box of kitty litter and two dangly cat toys...total was $143. But it was a good quick pleasant visit and they didn't kick me out of the store and refuse business for lack of a stupid mask.
