Excellent location. Clean and comfortable facility. I was greeted right away, I did not have an appointment, however, I never spent a minute waiting, I was taken right away to open an account. Norma made it easy to navigate the process and choose the right account for our nonprofit.nnI will absolutely go back to this location, although Bank of Texas in general has been amazing in the years we’ve had a personal account there, this made it very easy for us to choose them for our business needs as well.

Don't know how these banks run, very unprofessional, there are 6 desks plus 6 tellers and only 1 or max 2 people working at any given time. No matter what you come here for expect to spend atleast 20 to 30 mins. Thank god I closed my account.

I've been using the Chimney Rock Bank of Texas branch more than 10 years. Most, maybe all, banks will take deposits and cash checks. Bank of Texas does that. They have a great bill pay feature that mails your payments, free, and keeps records if you need to review payments. I find customer service to be friendly and helpful. Recently I needed some foreign currency. Got it the next day before 10:30am for $15 FedX charge. No telling how many times I have used their, free, notary service. Also this branch's floor is OPEN. No armed guards in your face.The staff is not hidden away in a room or cubical. A great, friendly neighborhood bank!
