I do not recommend scheduling an appointment with Santos. This location needs to work on their professionalism. Opens late but I guarantee they close on time! When you schedule an appointment it’s an estimated time. They do not honor true appointment time. Lines are always very long and bankers do not want to do their job. Standing up talking and playing games as if customers are not here.

Why not bring some of the employees from the one you temp closed up the street? Would improve service it's 2 extra windows customer service good outside of the lack of reps

On July 15 my senior mother went to this branch because she had questions. She spoke to Santos but later on still had questions. Santos never provided my mom with his business card.My mom attempted to call the branch at 3pm. No one even gave a call back to my mom. She went to the branch in hopes someone would answer her question. The manager just told my mom that to come to her appointment with Santos. My mom told the manager how Santos did not even give her his business card to call and how would she get in contact with him. On July 17 my mom and I went in person to our appointment. As we drove to the branch it was already raining alot and we came 10 minutes late. The manager was not considerate that it was raining and told us that we were 10 minutes late and that Santos was waiting for us. I understand being late to an appointment but it was raining. I dont have control of mother nature. I really did not appreciate a manager being so rude towards my senior mother instead of being understanding. Instead the manager should of asked if we are okay and needed a minute to gather ourselves. Then the manager took us to Santos office. Santos came and I am not sure if he was trying to be funny. He asked if my mom was going to yell at him for how my mom came in to speak to the manager the other day. I could not believe he would say that and I told him in a serious voice that I did not appreciate that and how the manager was rude to us about being late. Yes we came in late because of the weather unless you want us to get in an car accident. Santos was quiet and did not apologize for his comments or even try to provide any type of customer service. I even told him I will be going to another branch and he said okay. I really did not appreciate how Santos treated my mother in all this. He seemed unsure how to answer my moms question and the way he presented himself on our appointment was very poor. Also he never brought in the manager to let her know how bothered we were about her attitude. This whole experience was unpleasant and I hope this branch gets new people who know how to treat seniors and provide a business card to be able to call them. You need to start by first replacing the manager and get people who are patient in speaking in Spanish to my mother. When Santos would speak to my mom in Spanish once then he would speak to me in english and expect me to explain to my mom. My mom is considering changing banks if this is how seniors get treated.

Long wait. Most of the wait is from them trying to hit every customer up for opening up additional accounts and remodeling services, etc...most other Bank of America would will out the deposit slip for you if you don’t have one handy, but not these people. We had to go back at the beginning of the line after filling out the deposit slip. They need to fire a bunch of people here, including the manager and do some restructuring. I can totally clean house and make this place way better.
