The clinic was beneficial and friendly. Dr.Kelechi Azuogu was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and Ariel, the assistant, is charming and helpful. This place makes you feel very comfortable.

I highly recommend the Richmond location. Everyone has been genuinely kind and caring towards my grandmother. Starting from day one when I called for information to switch my grandma’s PCP, Juanita at the front office was so friendly and went above and beyond in helping with getting the insurance situated, and our appointment scheduled immediately. My grandma loves coming to her appointments even when she was in for blood work because the nurses make her feel comfortable. I love that Layli, the nurse, makes her feel so at ease and my grandma trusts her. My grandma sometimes has trouble getting her words out, but Dr. Azuogu is very patient and never makes her feel rushed. He pays attention to her needs and to my concerns. He is thorough in explaining the procedures and test results. The medication he prescribed her made an immediate difference in my grandma’s health. My grandma is also under care with the podiatrist, Dr. Mantha. On the first visit she made a tremendous difference on the condition of her feet. My grandma walked in at a pain level of 10 and walked out relieved at a 4 (according to grandma) and gradually has been getting better now that she is following Dr. Martha’s recommendations. Usually, the last person we see before walking out is Ariel, who help us to schedule the follow ups with both doctors and does a great job at making sure my grandma walks out with a smile. So I just want to give a big thanks to everyone there for making up such a great team.
