They are certainly the best Wellsfargo branch in all of Houston. All employees are very kind and conscientious. Ellis is one of the best employees of this branch who has helped me and others even more than his job during the whole four years that I have been there. Thank you so much guys ❤ufe0f

Not sure how far away you from this bank, but if you are searching “Wells Fargo near me” on google and this location pops up, please do yourself a favor and choose this location even if it’s an extra mile or so. I came in for a “simple” student loan pay off and banker Rob Cooke handled everything that turned out to not be so simple, but he handled it graciously and efficiently. He was prompt, hilarious, and so kind. I don’t know what all I’ll need to do at the bank in the future, but I’m going to call Rob always and make sure I use this location.nnI went at 11am on a Friday but had zero wait and really amazing service. Can’t recommend this location or Rob enough.

Just needed to close down my CD that had matured. Didn’t realize with new COVID regulations they now require appointments. Doors were locked. Called the number, went through all the prompts and waited for someone to answer. Sam Caleb (who proudly stated he had been there for 4 years) said no appointment, they couldn’t help me. Besides, they’re closed. Told him there was technically 4 minutes left, and I had stood out there for more than 5 minutes trying to get in and waiting to get through the phone prompts. He said he could help me make an appointment, then retracted it saying it was too difficult for them to do and I should just go online and do it myself.nnCalled the WF number, and they helped and apologized for this branch’s service saying this isn’t how a branch was supposed to act.nnAfter false accounts being open under my name at WF, unauthorized withdrawals with unauthorized account changes, and more... tired of the “customer service.” Today was the last straw with denial of service when I could see 3-4 people standing inside.nnWithdrawing most of my funds and switching banks. Thanks for the push, Sam!
