Came here because my normal branch wasn’t cutting it anymore. Absolutely awesome experience here. My first time in. Awesome service, great tellers and management.
Not sure I can recommend Chase since I can't get help unlocking my credit card. They said I still have to speak to another department even though I was able to answer the verification questions and provide a code that was texted to me. I was told I have to talk with a specific department that's only available 8am-6pm my local time. I work during those hour as well so this is very inconvenient. There should be someone available 24/7 to assist with this situation or at least until 9pm. I've now spent 2 days and 90 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this issue.

A really nice Chase Bank location, The Friendly staff are quite well versed in all banking matters. Easy to get to right off of Westhiemer. Very clean and opens on time.
