This was the best banking experience I’ve ever had. I have been with Capital One for about a decade and had to take care of business today. Rida Bek took care of me and he was SO THOROUGH with following through with me, answered all my questions completely and thoroughly, and was even so nice and full of energy the whole time. I believe his partner for the day was Jasmine and she was also very helpful, quick, and nice. I will be coming to this location again and more often!

This bank is absolutely amazing! Rida handled a situation for me that I thought was GOING TO BE IMPOSSIBLE, and while he was helping me with the issue, Jasmine held down the fort and saw so many customers in a short amount of time. I had felt so bad about my problem holding up so many people in line but she moved through everything so quickly! Rida even helped me ON HIS WEEK OFF. So thankful for this bank! 5 stars!

I have banked with Chase and Capital One for a long time. Capital One changed their hours to close at 5 while back. When I want to try to deposit checks after work, I have to drive like a bat out of —-to try to make it to one of their branches because there aren’t enough of them in town. I have several times gotten to the branch at Voss at 5:01!nChase stays open till 6 which is convenient for us working folks. Time to move all to Chase?

Yesterday in this branch was really dissapointed trying to get 500 dollars in 5 dollars bills.nThe teller told me that I have to call one day before to get this amount in that denomination.nI asked her for the supervisor or manager, but wasn't there.nIt was not a thousands was just five hundred.nI've been customer for more than 7 years, but that behavior is unacceptable.nI'm a customer, its my money and I can get it when and how I want it.nReally unprofessional.nPershaps its time to move to another bank.
