They wouldn’t cash my check due to their inability to believe they were legitimate with the sponsor of the issuer that banks with them and my current government drivers license. There is no other explanation besides the color of my skin and I don’t use (racial profiling) often . They told me that the issuer would have to come with me to the bank to cash the check and refused to open an account for me. If there was a “0” rating they would have gotten that. Most of their customers meet their criteria (pulled right on in and got services in a human-manner.)
Horrible customer service. I went to the branch office they said my online issue was solved. I went home and tried to get online and nope couldn't get online. I called the help line and they said I need to go the branch. I called the branch and they said I need to go to a different help line. I go to the different help line and they say I need to go back to the branch. There is a pattern. No one can help on the basic things.
