Great
I typically take my shoes to the Westheimer Location. However, I tried the SugarLand location because it was close to doctor's appointment. The quality of the work was good. However, the gentlemen that worked the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. Upon arriving with only me and him in the store, no greeting, eye contact and one word answers. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. However, the same response when I picked up a week later. I will NEVER take my shoes to this location again. Saying hello is the basic in customer service and a MUST!
I like taking my shoe's to the Houston shoe Hospital they always do a great job its like having new pair of shoes. They are very professional in right on time. They are one of the best shoe repairs in H-town.nnThanks
I always love getting my dress shoes back after a deep cleaning from Shoe Hospital. Justin at the Sugar Land Hwy 6 location is great and is very helpful. The glaze they put on the shoes is so much better than a normal shoe shine and looks great and last much longer. The extra cost is definitely worth it.
It was my first time going to this establishment and am very pleased with my experience. Customer service was excellent. Justin was very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. Workmanship was great. Turnaround time was also very reasonable. I will definitely return with more shoes. Needless to say but I highly recommend this location.
