I have been going to thus Petco for the past 6 months or so. The in store experience has been quite nice and the store is spacious with a wide variety of selection. The curbside pickup service is also quite nice and the associates are prompt to bring out orders most of the time. However my last pickup order on Apr 4th made me think twice about using curbside pickup services. I bought 12 of 5.5oz can of weruva cat food and 11 of them were expired in MAR 2021. Some of them had rust forming on top of the can. The first can I opened without knowing the exp date, the content smelled horrible and the fat has separated from the rest of the content. There is no receipt anywhere in the Petco bag. Thankfully though I bought about 7 of 3.3oz cans from the same company with the same formula, their exp date is in 2022. So somehow there are certain products that have been around in their inventory for who knows how long. I'll definitely be switching pickup locations if not go in the store myself from now on, which is unfortunate since Petco offers 25% off for pickup orders. Everyone please don't overlook the exp date on your pet's foods.
This has to be the cleanest Petco I have been to in a long while. The items were easy to find and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I have a Petco closer to home and one acrossfrom where I work, but may actually go out of my way to go to this one. With all the crazy in today's world it was just nice to have a friendly environment to shop.
Kaiti was awesome and helped in a tremendous way. She was very courtesy and understanding.
I wish they had better care with the fish, but other than that they are a decent pet store.
Cashier was friendly and provided an explanation about why they were out of stock for the product I needed. That made the waste of a trip a bit easier to take. She did her job, but whoever is in charge of managing stock did not. Too many spaces on the shelves were empty.
