I loved Aimee! She was so easy to speak to.nnI was in and out very quickly. The facility was clean, I was greeted with a smile (masked of course, but I could see it in his eyes!). Aimee got to know me and my situation and explained everything very easily. Great service!!nnWells Fargo is so consistent across the board.

Waste of Time. Followed the instructions for a new business account online, then received a notice to schedule an appointment at a branch. Sat down with Aimee, seemed she was more interested in finding reasons NOT to open a business account. I followed up by email with requested docs, had to call follow up. She told me we don't have a local business. Had told her in our meeting prior, and on the phone that the TX state registration was complete. Then she said we needed a personal banking relationship first. Pointed out that we recently closed a college fund account, but still have a credit card with WF. Not the right kind of personal banking relationship. My wife and I went to Chase in League city the next day. What a difference! Same documents, same business. We were done in under an hour. My wife and I really felt we were being discriminated against at WF. Aimee wouldn't make eye contact with my wife, directed all communication toward me. Should have read deeper into the reviews. The recent good reviews seem solicited

After waiting in the drive through for over 30 minutes I had to go inside to cash US saving bonds, there I encountered much debate if they would cash my bonds. I have a retirement account but not checking, however according to the web lists they will cash these regardless if you have an account or not. After getting home I discovered they only paid me for 9 out of 10 bonds I turned over to them. Upon return to the bank the manager found the unprocessed bond and cashed apologizing for their error.

After waiting my turn in the drive thru, I was unable to cash my check. This branch always gives me a hard time cashing it even though I have been a customer for many years. I will not be returning to this branch.
