Went to ATM to withdraw money...wasn’t quick enough to get the money out...had to do it all over again...had two withdrawals on bank statement ud83dude44
Only two people working both drive through and window. One other stood in the lobby hands on hips doing nothing not even attempting to offer any assitance not even a greeting to customers .Whenn anyone else would enter she would return to an office, stand a few seconds, then return to lobby again, hands on hips without acknowledgement to anyone present. Not even a greeting to customers

Absurdly competent & efficient customer service.
Horrible. The day I joined the bank I knew I made a mistake. The bank is still in the stone age. It took 7 days to set up an external transfer option. I had to go-to the bank to get my member Id. No letter in the mail or anything. Personal loan apr was crazy. Definitely closing my account.
